I had forgotten how much of a hassle it was to switch from blogger to Movable Type. After at least seven attempts at exporting my old blogger entries, I just gave up. The entries are still there.
Blogger’s great and all but I prefer having server-side access to my CMS and more flexibility with templates, which I’m still tweaking. I was just so excited to be up and running I couldn’t waste any time. In fact, I’ve been sitting in bed with my laptop since Brian left for work at 8:30. After four hours my neck hurts.
Great news: something wild in the works at dish hopefully starting next week. I can’t say much more until I get the go-ahead but if prior experiences are any indication, it should be a good time.
